Auto-Delivery is an optional service provided free to you by goDésana. We will automatically send your favorite goDésana products to you on the date you select. You'll never have to worry about running out of your favorite products, and you'll receive free shipping and a free gift with every Auto-Delivery order!

You always have complete control over your Auto-Delivery orders. Once you sign up for Auto-Delivery, you can change your Auto-Delivery products, next order date, or quantity any time by going to the "Auto-Delivery" section of your goDésana virtual office. Changes to auto-delivery orders can be made up to 24 hours prior to the next scheduled order date.

Setting up an Auto-Delivery order is easy. Simply login to your goDésana virtual office and select the "Auto-Delivery" tab on the left-side menu. If a product is available for Auto-Delivery you will see the option on the product page through the "View/Edit Order" button, and shopping cart page. Click the "Change MRP Order" link and select whatever items you wish, then simply check out as usual.

Note: Auto-Delivery orders will not be charged or shipped until the Auto-Delivery date you set.

After you set up an Auto-Delivery order, you will receive an email from us confirming the details. This email includes your free member account information and a link to login where you can manage your future orders and your Auto-Delivery details.

All Auto-Delivery orders require a credit or debit card for payment; goDésana accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

On the date you have chosen for your Auto-Delivery order, your credit card will be charged for the products you have selected and your products will be mailed to you.

Yes, all Auto-Delivery orders receive free shipping.

To change the date of your next Auto-Delivery order, login to your goDésana virtual office and select the "Auto-Delivery" tab on the left-side menu. Then click the "Auto-Delivery Date" link and simply select the new date on which you want your order to be processed.

To cancel the Auto-Delivery service for a product, login to your goDésana virtual office and select the "Auto-Delivery" tab on the left-side menu. Then simply click the "Cancel Auto-Delivery" link. This will cancel all products in your Auto-Delivery order.

If you want to cancel or change one or more specific product within your Auto Delivery order, select the "View/Edit Order" link and make any desired changes.

To review or modify your Auto Delivery address information, login to your goDésana virtual office and select the "Auto-Delivery" tab on the left-side menu. Select the "Edit Ship to Address" link and update your information as needed. Be sure to click the save button when you are finished editing.

If your credit card was lost, stolen, or you simply want to start using a different card, you can easily update the credit card used for your Auto-Delivery orders. Login to your goDésana virtual office and select the "Auto-Delivery" tab on the left-side menu, then click on the "Edit Payment Method" link. This will completely replace any prior stored credit card information. Update the billing address associated with your credit card as well, if needed. It is important that all information be accurate in order for your Auto-Delivery orders to be processed correctly. Be sure to click the save button when you are finished editing.

Note: This credit card will be used for all Auto-Delivery orders.
